Deep Hold

Deep Hold has a darker, heavier feel — the kind that comes from wood that’s been worked and allowed to settle. The raw umber finish sinks into the cedar, darkening the surface while leaving grain and texture exposed. An espresso-toned roof and hole guard, combined with black screws and a stamped name plate, give the piece definition without making it feel dressed up.

Built by hand from natural cedar fence pickets, this birdhouse keeps its irregularities. Boards vary slightly, grain runs where it wants, and the finish responds differently across the surface. The result is steady and grounded, made to sit outside without needing attention.

Every Deep Hold birdhouse is unique. The materials and color stay within the same range, but the final appearance is determined by the wood itself.
